At Akiko & Co, every heirloom is prepared with care so it reaches you beautifully and safely.

Processing & Dispatch 

• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation.
• A tracking number will be provided once your parcel has been dispatched.

Delivery Within South Africa

• Standard delivery takes 2–5 business days, depending on your location.
• Complimentary delivery is offered on all orders over R1500.
• Orders under R1500 are charged a flat R100 shipping fee at checkout.

Packaging

Each garment is wrapped in Akiko & Co. packaging, designed to protect your heirloom and create a luxury unboxing experience.

Delays & Liability

• While we do our best to meet delivery estimates, Akiko & Co. is not responsible for courier delays, customs clearance times, or events beyond our control.
• Once dispatched, your order is in the care of our trusted courier partners. We will always assist wherever possible to resolve courier issues.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
