Akiko & Co. was born from a love of beautiful things with a past - pieces made slowly, thoughtfully, and with a level of craftsmanship rarely found today.

Our collection is made up of one-of-a-kind vintage Japanese kimonos and haori, each carefully sourced in Japan and chosen for its fabric, artistry and individuality. Every piece has already lived a life before reaching us, carrying decades of Japanese heritage within its silk, embroidery and hand-finished details.

No two are ever the same - and once a piece is gone, it cannot be replaced.We believe in rarity over mass production, craftsmanship over trends, and fewer, more meaningful pieces. By giving these garments a new life, we honor the artistry behind them while offering a more considered way to dress.

For me, Akiko & Co. is also deeply personal. As a mother of two, I have become increasingly conscious of what we consume, what we keep, and what we leave behind. I wanted to build a brand centered around pieces worth holding onto - clothing with history, beauty and a story that continues long after it reaches its next owner.

Akiko & Co. is a celebration of Japanese craftsmanship, individual style and the quiet luxury of owning something truly rare.
