Returns & Exchanges

Each Akiko & Co. heirloom is one-of-one, chosen with care and devotion. Because of their rarity, we do not offer refunds but we do accept returns for exchange or store credit within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible, your heirloom must be unworn, unused, and returned in its original packaging. To begin a return, simply email us at kayla@akikoco.co.za within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will guide you through the process. Please note that items sent back without prior approval cannot be accepted.
